Yep, time... is kind of strange. Really strange. You can be here for months and months but when you go home, you end up exactly when and where you were when you came to the City. When I went home, I didn't remember the City, either.
[She looks backwards to make sure Usagi's following.]
So don't worry about your friends at home. Everything'll be exactly the way you left it when you go back.

Honestly? I have no idea at all. I don't think anyone's frozen. When I think about time in different universes, I think of ribbons. Like... imagine you're a ribbon. Your ribbon leaves the ribbons of everyone else where you're from and meets up with the ribbons here. When you leave, your ribbon loops back around to where it left the other one.
[She shrugs expansively.]
I'm no good with physics and different universes and stuff. Billy tried to explain it to me once, but it all went over my head.
